A TTS developed by @shirowanisan based on VOICEVOX. It has five voicebanks as well as three voiceless mascot characters that users can attribute any voice they want to. All COEIROINK characters can be used commercially for free (In the case of the mascots NAKO, RECO, and KANATA, the voice used must also permit commercial use). (source)
