Gejigeji (歌叽歌叽) is a Chinese synthesizer that automatically compiles your voicebank for you. Unfortunately, the user-voice feature is app exclusive, and you need a Chinese phone number to use it. For overseas users, the only way to use the program is the desktop app version, which contains two voices. One of these voices is Shan Bao (扇宝), and the other Lin Jiahui (林嘉慧) from the girl group SING. (source)
