NEUTRINO
free vocal synth
A free Japanese AI synthesizer which contributed greatly to the popularization of AI. Most voices are based on pre-existing corpus data, but Merrow (めろう), NAKUMO (ナクモ), and No.7 were developed specifically for the program. Merrow and Nakumo were voiced by volunteers, but 7 has the same voicer as the MEIKAs (Kotori Koiwai). Merrow and NAKUMO are the only voices that can be used commercially without acquiring a license/authorization, though 7’s license lists most activities as "noncommercial" as long as it is not corporate. NEUTRINO does not have an editor of its own, but a user-made editor tool has been created. (source)
