A Chinese synthesizer developed by DSoundSoft. It allows users to create custom voicebanks. Pitchbends are drawn directly onto the piano roll, with the default pitch being completely flat and very robotic. There are several iterations of the NIAONiao editor. Most NIAONiao voicebanks are distributed via Baidu, a Chinese file-hosting service that is nearly impossible for foreigners to access given current international restrictions.
